Hotel provides great meals. Its location is beautiful, minutes drive from cafés and restaurants.

We would not hesitate to return there as it met the demands. Excellent service and the food is GREAT.

would go back in flash, a pleasant stay on holidays. it is clean and big hotel, the staff are amicable and location to see how the gardens progress is nice and ideal. the breakfast is great, includes good choice of meals.

Had essentials needed in the chalet, including a microwave, an electric kettle and a dishwasher. A Jacuzzi bath in the open bathroom was a plus. The location of the hotel was very central, short walk to Dunsborough, Yallingup and Margaret River, a distillery too and wineries & breweries.

Well, the area was quite expensive overall.

The location of the hotel in Margaret River is marvellous and magnificent, next to the attractions in the region as well as many other sites.

I had a great relaxing stay at Eight Willows Retreat. The location was perfect, overlooking a beautiful vineyard. The apartment was high spec with excellent appliances, including a BBQ. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. It was also convenient for wine tour pickups. I had a great holiday experience.

The only minor drawback was the lack of a shelf in the shower room for shower gels. However, it was barely worth mentioning as it didn't significantly impact my stay.

The environment is beautiful - we loved how secluded and quiet it was. The chalet was also extremely comfortable and well equipped.

Nothing - except a suggestion to trim some of the shrubs in front of the forest view chalet no 10 so we could have a better view of the forest!

The chalets at this hotel were a delightful surprise. Spacious, fully equipped kitchens and a beautiful outdoor deck with a BBQ made it feel like a home away from home. The comfortable king size bed and exceptional bathroom with a spa bath added to the overall comfort. The staff were helpful and personable, contributing to a pleasant stay. The hotel's ideal location in the wine region allowed for easy access to numerous vineyards and cellar doors, making it a great choice for wine enthusiasts.

Great to getaway when you need a break from Perth.

The hotel offers great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail in the rooms. The location is ideal, nestled between national parks and just a 20-minute drive from Margaret River. It's also conveniently close to many wineries in the area. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided features fresh local ingredients.

We had a great time at this hotel. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the hotel facilities were well-maintained. We also appreciated the location of the hotel, which was very convenient and we had no issues with transportation. The staff were friendly and made our stay more enjoyable.

Everything is what I need and want.

The chalet is very well furnished and equipped. They have even paid attention to the need of short term stay customers by providing salt, pepper, cling wrap, aluminium foil in the kitchen knowing that it would not be practical for customers who wanted to do some simple cooking or BBQ at the chalet to purchase all these items and just use them once. It would have been excellent if they could have included a small bottle of cooking oil in their provision to complete the list of basic kitchen necessity. The resort managers were also extremely helpful. They even offered to help us secure reservations at restaurants in Margaret River prior to our arrival which really helped as most of the restaurants only respond to reservations via phone and not email.
